ADIT Electron Tubes designs and manufactures photomultiplier tubes, housings, voltage dividers and signal processing modules.
Photomultipliers are available in diameters from 1/2" to 11". Special tubes are available for use at cryogenic temperatures and with ultra-low radioactivity glass for high energy physics and cosmic ray physics experiments. Ruggedized tubes are available for oil well logging and space flight applications. We welcome your inquiry for special tubes for non-standard applications. Our history can be traced back to the 1930's when, as part of EMI, we first became involved with light detection technologies. Specialisation in the development and manufacture of photomultipliers started in the late 1940's. The company continued to grow to become a major international supplier of low-level light detection devices and systems as Thorn EMI Electron Tubes and then as Electron Tubes. Now, as subsidiaries of Ludlum Measurements Inc, ADIT Electron Tubes in the US and ET Enterprises in the UK have the benefit of the production facilities in both countries.
ADIT Electron Tubes are a division of ET Enterprises. Click here to find out more about ET Enterprises.
