Simpleware develops world-leading image processing software for converting 3D image data into models suitable for Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), CAD, and 3D Printing. 3D images taken from a range of modalities (MRI, CT, uCT...) can be visualised, processed and analysed using core platform ScanIP, and exported as surface models/meshes for CAD and 3D printing. Additional modules are available for exporting volume meshes for FEA and CFD, as well as for integrating CAD objects with image data, and for exporting NURBS-based CAD modules.
Simpleware software is easy-to-use and suitable for a range of design and simulation applications, offering a straightforward route from image import and processing to model generation. Based in the UK, Simpleware was founded in 2000 and has won multiple awards for its innovative software, including two Queen's Awards for Enterprise (2012; 2013). and an Institute of Physics Innovation Award in 2013.
Simpleware has a sales office in the United States, as well as reseller partnerships with companies in South America, Asia, and Europe.
