Vacuum science and technology enables, drives and inspires much of today’s science. VASSCAA-9 will be held during National ScienceWeek and the Sydney Science Festival. As part of the Festival and Science Week, the VSA in conjunction with the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney will held a Public Forum at the Powerhouse museum on Sunday afternoon the 12th of August on what is Vacuum, and highlighting its importance to everyday life and future technologies and to the exciting science that drives its development.
